Description:
Add the ability to include a "Comments" or "Notes" (accessible to administrators) in the following objects:
- USER
- HOST
- NODE
- INTERNAL SQUAD
- EXTERNAL SQUAD
- SUBPAGE CONFIG
- BILL RECORD
This field should be editable/readable both via the Admin interface and API.
Justification:
This feature improves administration by enabling administrators to add notes to objects, which aids in better management and understanding of the system.
