node.js chat app annotated code formatting broken

https://github.com/rethinkdb/rethinkdb-example-nodejs-chat currently links to http://www.rethinkdb.com/docs/examples/node-socket-chat/ for annotated code, which has broken formatting.

@mglukhovsky is there a reasonably easy way of fixing this?

Otherwise we might want to remove the link to the annotated code from the README until we've figured out how to improve this.
