bug: Can't attach files from smartphone

### What happened?

As the title says, I can't attach files from smartphone. I tried from browser and it gives "Network error" regardless of browser. From app, when I click send it does nothing; the file stays there like it's ready to be sent but I can't send it. I can only delete it and send a normal message.
