Create an email newsletter

Some people have voiced that they'd love to be notified of new recipes by mail, since they don't know/use RSS feeds.

These are the tasks at hand:

• Choose an email service (ideally should be free, at least for now)
• Implement a "signup" flow
• Implement a "unsubscribe" flow
• Add links/a form to the bottom of every recipe to sign up
• Automatically send an email when a new recipe has been published

Email newsletters seem kind of hard to do. There are mostly two options:

1. We store email addresses and use something like AWS SES, which is pay-per-use. That would be really cheap, which is good, but I don't want to store email addresses, because they are personal data, which needs to be taken care of GDPR-wise
2. We use a newsletter service. They take care of storing email addresses, but I couldn't find a newsletter service which has a free tier. They mostly start at 20€ with API access, which is a steep price for 1-5 users
