Calls not logging or automatically pulling up contact

Within the last two weeks we have started to have issues with calls not logging or automatically pulling up contact in Redtail when clients call in. Below is a screenshot of the errors. Thank you for your help.

@mikef723 You can ignore warnings, it will not stop the app running, for the error means after you reload the chrome extension, you did not reload the redtail page.
