auto logging/contact identification feature not working #72

We are based in HK and the US and would like to use the extension for both businesses. Some folks are set up in RingCentral with region HK, others with region US. I'm based in HK and called a client in HK, but received a "No related contact" error when manually logging a call. No auto log obviously for same reason. Asked the client to call me back and nothing popped up.

Do redtail number formats matter in this case? For example, client number seems is stored as xxxxxxxx (8 digits) but shows up at +852-X-XXX-XXXX in the redtail UI. Any advice to make the call log and screen pop for inbound calls features work? Apologies if I'm not providing enough info - let me know what you need.
