NLP pipeline - Clean up the scripts that prepare the data for loading into Elasticsearch and SQL #37
Description
The scripts in https://swat-4-med-safety.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/u-of-pitt-spl-ddi-v2.0/PK-DDI-NLP-pipeline/AnnotationStudyAndresH/ConversionScripts are rather ad-hoc. These scripts and their output files need to be cleaned up and better organized. Specifically:
- change all scripts to accept the needed parameters from the commandline
- rename the output files to something more transparent
- copy these scripts into a subfolder in the general pipeline https://swat-4-med-safety.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/u-of-pitt-spl-ddi-v2.0/PK-DDI-NLP-pipeline/ and think about how the could be used in a general process for product labels on the internet
