DDI Form - drug mention not added to listbox in form

drug mention will not be added to selections when it appear at beginning of the sentence and followed by a comma

I'm getting caught up on label annotations and wanted to remind you of a couple of items I had trouble with.

Ziprasidone: I need to annotate interaction with ketoconazole, but although it is highlighted, when I bring up the annotation box, ketoconazole does not appear as one of the choices to select. Can you help? Here is the section below:

Ketoconazole, a potent inhibitor of CYP3A4, at a dose of 400 mg QD for 5 days, increased the AUC and Cmax of ziprasidone by about 35–40%. Other inhibitors of CYP3A4 would be expected to have similar effects.
