VNC script fails for arm64 setupAstroPi3.sh

The script downloads wget https://www.realvnc.com/download/binary/latest/debian/arm/ -O VNC.deb which won't work for the arm64 architecture...

it turns out that realvnc doesn't seem to support arm64 without some work, ended up installing tightvnc...

That's not good news, since I like RealVNC.

I found a workaround script for installing RealVNC under Ubuntu with ARM64: https://github.com/mtbiker-s/ubuntu20.10-rpi-install-vnc

It worked on Ubuntu MATE 20.04 running on a Pi 4B 8GB.

However, in order to get headless VNC working I manually added the HDMI related lines to /boot/firmware/config.txt:

hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_group=2
hdmi_mode=46

The current AstroPi script only adds the lines if it sees them commented in /boot/firmware/config.txt - and those lines aren't present at all in this Ubuntu install. Not sure if it should just add them anyhow? Was there any benefit to this approach?
