find_missing: Improve date handling #3
Description
1) Also support only reporting before a data and between two dates (currently just supports after a date)
2) Does it need to support actually parsing dates or is current numeric comparison sufficient?
3) Report dates from CSV file that aren't in YYYYMMDD format
