App sometimes will just hang

Sometimes the POGO app will just thrash/hang/wheel-of-death. In firefox its a literal wheel of death, and in Chrome it's an unresponsive page. I can't say for sure what's causing this behavior. The profiles I've run so far seem to indicate there's too much code in the output, but I'm not confident that this is the true underlying issue.

E.g. the Chrome memory profile shows ~46% of the retained memory is used by code, and in Firefox, the thrashing seems to happen riiiiight around when code needs to be parsed (e.g. opening an error stack trace, opening the console, viewing the output, etc.)
