Apps and daemons should be able to detect staleness

App cache is currently immutable, and the daemon also does not restart automatically. This can cause some undefined behaviours when you do something like upgrade the version of an app that has a running daemon already, the old app will just keep running. It is possible that the frontend cache will bust as a result of restarting robin, but the daemon will keep living.
