Add functionality to edit review to cherry pick review points

Add a roborev fix --edit option and/or edit option in tui to allow to remove review points that I explicitly don't want to address.

Or perhaps add comments to fix (I think they only apply to refine at the moment).

I see the need for this functionality, but would rephrase it as the ability to segment reviews and be able to target these segments when applying the fix command.

Implementing such a feature raises the open question of how to handle "partial" review applications though.

Is a review not addressed as long as all findings are marked as addressed?

Does it make sense to introduce a third Adressed state, i.e. false / partial / true?

Segmentation could target either standardized properties of a review plan, like severity, or filter applicable actions based on natural language.

Standardized properties could be targeted similar to dbt's select syntax

• roborev fix --severity medium == only fix medium severity findings
• roborev fix --severity medium+ == only fix medium and higher severity findings
• roborev fix --severity +medium == only fix medium and lower severity findings

Natural language markers/ filters could be part of a roborev.toml config, defined similarly to pytest's markers

• roborev fix "not docstring" == skip any docstring findings
• roborev fix "tests" == only apply test related findings, skip everything else

Thanks - I think what I want is much simpler. I'm not sure it's related to #105 which seems to be about custom prompts and analysis. In the simplest roborev workflow (just having commits reviewed and manually using roborev fix) I want to be able to delete suggestions that don't apply to my code base. I can make a comment, but that comment doesn't apply for roborev fix. What I would really like is to have a keyboard shortcut to open the review in vim, quickly delete the paragraphs of the suggestions I don't care about and don't want to fix, and save this back to the database so I can then run fix, or refine without having changes made that I explicitly don't want. I don't think I would want a third partially addressed state - I just want to be able to throw out specific suggestions easily.
