Feture: Support issuing roborev `fix/refine` from the TUI

Would be pretty handy to be able to trigger a fix / refine directly from the TUI (likely with some degree of confirmation of the prompt to use).

Happy to donate some tokens to the cause.

Main questions are generally around how we want the UX here to work and what additional visibility would be needed to monitor these backgrounded fix attempts, Feels like we can probably tie this in with roborev run and have a shared part of the tui for backgrounded agentic tasks such as these.

I recall someone asking about this before. I think that this would need to be isolated to a dedicated worktree for the fix/refine workflow so we don't have background agents modifying the current working tree.

Something like:

Fix/Refine -> opens new worktree modal -> background agents start fixing in worktree (and you can follow the progress of the fix/refine agent using the t: tail command in the tui)

That kind of approach also means we'd be able support roborev refine --detached and other similar fun features
