Hey maybe I found best settings for maximum speed and stable (not 0 anymore)

Settings / General
Maximum parallel downloads 2
Maximum unpack 0

Settings / Download Client
Download Client Internal Downloader
Download speed 0
Parallel connection 0
Chunk 3
Buffer size 4000000

All other settings are stock except folder 👍
