No progress or confirmation shown when updating profile.

When updating profile details, hitting the ✔︎ to save changes returns the user to the prior activity without any positive confirmation indicating that an update has taken place.

When this action takes place without an available connection, no progress indication is shown that an attempt to update the profile is shown, but a Toast notification indicating that the action failed is shown once connectivity is restored, or the attempt times-out.

Recommended improvements:

1. Show user a progress indication (Snackbar, ProgressBar replacing/overlaid to the ✔︎, whatever) when the update is submitted.
2. Provide "Profile Updated" Snackbar or suchlike in UI when profile update was successful.
