Have different colour for disabled breakpoints #115
Description
Right now it's a little hard to tell when a breakpoint is enabled or disabled based on the colour of it in the margin. It's only possible to tell by looking in the breakpoints panel. It would be nice if the disabled colour can be set to something darker (dawn) or lighter (moon) to indicate it is disabled.
