Error at the frontend page:

"Registration for Roundcube is not possible. There are login errors."

my own server install: nginx, Debian latest, php 8.4.14, mariaDB - NC install 32.0.1

/var/www/web/apps/mail_roundcube/lib/Service/AuthRoundCube.php:237: OCA\RoundCube\Service\AuthRoundCube::login(): Could not update request token after login.

I tried several settings & checked everything here also with the readme - but nothing helps

All admin & user settings are insert & tested that the especially the credentials are correct - as well the roundcube server path is correct & working.

Thanks in advance for your help & fix that the app is working again in Nextcloud.

I run roundcube-1.6.11 in a docker container on a debian-13.1 host.

NC-32.0.1 as docker container as well. Can I look up the admin settings in a file somewhere?

On my own server both containers are proxied by traefik, with 2 separate domains.

The addon i configured to let the user choose and setup his own email adress to use with RC.
SSL/TLS is on, I have not configured the CardDAV-feature.

What else can I provide to help debugging?

Hi @rotdrop , thanks for fast reply - sure:

I have added the nginx configuration, from the documentation & tried it also without for a same DNS domain hosted roundcube install - but both is not working.
In the NC app admin settings i have added the same roundcube URL as in nginx config - e-mail user choice, enable SSL & encryption as in documentation (no carddav in use at my setup) ... i have also tried to change here something, to fix it, but set it back then to default.
In the user settings are the credentials for the login corrected added - i have tested it with the roundcube direct link & logged in there successfully.
Roundcube version in use is 1.6.5.
