Caching Layer? 

### Description: 
Implementing an in-memory cache layer such as Redis would improve performance for frequently accessed restaurants in high demand areas and super common queries (i.e. Haidilao in Cupertino type shit)

## Proposed Change
Introduce Redis or something else for caching and create a ```CacheService``` class to handle interactions with this layer.
