Automate Client re-registration after houskeeping task removed them from pull #10
Description
Client DSC configuration fails to execute if it cannot find the MOF file and checksum on the pull server. This prevents clients that were offline long enough for housekeeping to remove them, will fail to automatically re-register with the pull server.
