Issue: Inconsistent User Role Mapping Between Governing Site and Brand Sites

When creating a new user from the Governing Site, if a role (e.g., Shop Manager, specific to WooCommerce) is assigned but that role doesn’t exist on the Brand Site, the system correctly assigns a fallback role (e.g., Subscriber) on the Brand Site.

However, this leads to an inconsistency:

• On the Brand Site, the user correctly receives the fallback role (Subscriber).
• On the Governing Site Dashboard, the user still appears as having the original role (Shop Manager), even though that role doesn’t exist on the Brand Site.

Known Behavior

This occurs when there are site-specific roles (like WooCommerce roles) that exist only on the Governing Site but not on individual Brand Sites. While the fallback role mechanism works as expected during user creation, the Governing Site Dashboard does not reflect this fallback mapping accurately.

Suggested Future Improvement

Implement a synchronization or mapping logic that ensures:

• The Governing Site accurately reflects the role actually assigned on the Brand Site.
• A clear indication or notice is provided when a fallback role is applied due to missing role definitions.
