Rtmedia not working

This rtMedia is not compatible with one of my plugins which I can't afford to loose as well. What should I do. The plugin in is called miresa, for text formatting.
Once both plugins are active, the media upload icons for rtMedia disappears completely.

1. Share any browser console errors or JavaScript errors you're seeing when both rtMedia and the Miresa plugin are active.
2. Share a ZIP file of the Miresa plugin (you can upload it here or provide a link), so we can reproduce the issue internally.
3. If possible, please record a Loom video or screen recording demonstrating the issue — this will help us understand the behavior more clearly.

Could you please help clarify the exact issue you're facing? When I tested it on my end, I clicked into the Miresa text editor and the Post Update button appeared as expected. I was also able to successfully post with the Miresa plugin active.

Are you referring to a scenario where the Post Update button doesn’t appear by default, and only shows up when a user starts typing?

Also, regarding your earlier comment:

This is without Miresa (The icon for uploading appearing)

Could you let me know which specific icon you're referring to? Are you referring to these buttons?

Hi @Sundison, Please try adding the following CSS to your site's Additional CSS section:

#whats-new-options {
    opacity: 1 !important;
}

If you're not sure how to do this, I can add it for you as I have temporary admin access. Let me know.

Hi @Sundison, just wanted to update you — the issue has been resolved. Users can now successfully post updates using the Miresa rich text editor with both the rtMedia and Miresa plugins active.

✅ Tested Locally — Working Without Conflict

Hi @Sundison — I set up a local WordPress site with both the rtMedia and Miresa plugins activated.

🔹 I was able to see the media upload icons when creating posts.
🔹 There was no issue or conflict during post creation with the Miresa editor.

📌 Suggestion: The issue may be caused by:

Your theme not fully supporting rtMedia.

A plugin conflict (e.g., BP_Attachment or a caching plugin).

✅ Try disabling other plugins (except rtMedia & Miresa) and test again. Also try switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four.

Let me know if you'd like help testing a specific setup or scenario. Thanks!

Yes, based on my test, the rtMedia icons showed up properly after I switched to the default WordPress theme (I used Twenty Twenty-Four).

I tried changing themes, I used 4 different themes including the twenty twenty four, but the icon still didn't appear.

Then I also tried deactivating all the plugins except Miresa, rtMedia and buddypress, but the icon still didn't appear.
