Dropdown: open on hover example not working

the open on hover example is not working here: https://rubyui.com/docs/dropdown_menu

The stimulus controller’s options does not handle that trigger option and the DropdownMenuTrigger component uses a click event so I don’t see how this could work, maybe a regression from a previous version ?

I’ll try to submit a PR to fix that behaviour

So I got the open working with this:
<%= render RubyUI::DropdownMenuTrigger.new(class: 'w-full', data: {action: "mouseenter->ruby-ui--dropdown-menu#open"}) do %>

However it creates more challenges when multiple dropdown are present:

I would need to handle a mouseleave event with proper timing, but after some research it seems like opening dropdowns on hover is not a good practice anyways for touch screen support and accessibility.

Should this example in the documentation simply be removed ?
