Re-sharing an already present file removes it from the original channel on the client side #110

Describe the bug
I downloaded a file from a third-party website and shared it in my own private channel. After that, the file disappears from all other channels it is shared in.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Download a file from Surge
- Remove it from seeding
- Readd to Surge and seed in a different channel
Expected behavior
I expect it to be shown in other channels as well and marked as "downloaded/seeded"
