Documentation on how to format header and body values

Perhaps its just me but I'm finding it difficult to figure out in what format the header and body configuration settings for this plugin should be supplied. The documentation doesn't help much.

Would it be possible to add some some additional documentation or a few examples on how to use it properly?

A json like format should work, ex:
