Complete type checking revision

Some operators are still using private type checking methods, all type checking should be done using TypeChecking class.

Current operators that needs to be checked include

• BESOR
• Operators extending BinOpReplacer
• JEE
• JER
• JEX
• ROR
• RUOI
• SSE

This is already implemented although TypeChecking still needs more work (but there are only a handful of unsupported cases)
