From d9cc7d24ccd1e5988d4f387fd2c1150d243d15a1 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Rob Davies Date: Mon, 13 Oct 2025 14:35:54 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] Update test output to work with HTSlib Number= PR htslib#1874 htslib#1874 changes `bcf_remove_allele_set()` so that it no longer removes format fields with Type=String, Number=G and the only value left is MISSING.
