cdnjs: Distribution assets refer to content not within dist folder #280

Hello!
We have noticed an issue with recent versions on your library on cdnjs and would like to get this resolved for any future versions that we pull from here onto the CDN.
Currently, files within your distribution folder dist, are making references to files contained within other folders such as img. It is common convention that everything needed for distribution should be kept within the dist folder.
cdnjs is currently only cloning your dist folder and so your library (when used form cdnjs) is failing to locate other resources such as ones from img. Please could you fix your structure so that future versions on cdnjs work correctly?
