Ambiguous serotype prediction: 6E(6A) and possible 06D

Hi Seroba team,

We’ve observed that Seroba sometimes reports ambiguous or uncertain serotype predictions within serogroup 6 — for example:

Some samples are called as 6E(6A)

Others are labeled possible 06D

This makes it unclear how to interpret the serotype in the context of downstream analysis, particularly when comparing samples across a study.
