As PSD, we would like decline the Crawler application, as the application has already been soft turned off and we would like to complete the shutting down process.

- How-To Decline a PSD application checklist has been completed
Additional context
- Scott T would like to run a report on DART and CherryTrack databases, via Tableau dashboards. This requires that the databases are not removed (but can be made Read-Only), but the CherryTrack application can still be declined.
