DPL-614 Missing plate map (Heron) #695
Description
The Heron Laboratory has reported that the plate CHERY00004537 was received back in 21/04/2022 but they have been unable to process it because the plate map is missing. I query DT4 about this, who advised me to raise this with psd as this plate was delivered before they started working with plate maps.
I have checked the folder /project-heron_lspa on SFTP and that plate map is not there.
I wonder if this could be investigated so this plate can be processed?
