The command "npm ci --silent" exited with the code 137.

In my VS2017, I tried to build SmallBasic-Client, Server, Editor but they have same error that is "npm ci --silent exited".
It also happens in the Linux Shell (CentOS 7), and they have same error.

This is full error message:
/var/www/html/smallbasic-editor-master/Source/SmallBasic.Client/SmallBasic.Client.csproj(22,5): error MSB3073: The command "npm ci --silent" exited with code 137.

The build failed. Fix the build errors and run again.
