Missing Validation Rules for SBGN Activity Flow (AF) Level 1.2 #72
Description
Two missing validation rules in sbgn_af.sch based on the SBGN AF Level 1 Version 1.2 specification.
1. Unique Unit of Information
Spec Reference: Section 3.3.3.1 (Syntactic Rules), Rule 1.
"Each biological activity has at most one unit of information."
Missing Check:
The validator should flag an error if a biological activity glyph contains more than one unit of information glyph.
2. At Most One Necessary Stimulation
Spec Reference: Section 3.4.2 (Modulation), Rule 4.
"At most one necessary stimulation can be assigned to an activity."
Missing Check:
The validator should flag an error if an activity node is the target of more than one necessary stimulation arc.
Proposed patterns af10115 and af10116 could be added to implement these checks.
