Fix outgoing arcs and container descriptions of and, or, not glyphs

Currently, in outgoing arcs descriptions of these glyphs, it says "One logic arc (Section 2.10.1) or modulation arc (Section 2.8)." Here it is a bit confusing that if it means one of the modulation arcs or the modulation glyph. Suggested update is "One logic arc (Section 2.10.1) or one of the modulation arcs (Section 2.8)."

Similarly, in container descriptions, it says "...while the outgoing logic arc (Section 2.10.1) or modulation (Section 2.8.1) is linked to...". Pointing Section 2.8.1 is not correct here. Suggested update is "...while the outgoing logic arc (Section 2.10.1) or modulation arc (Section 2.8) is linked to..."
