Bug description

The terms used to refer to complexes, compartments and submaps should be homogenized: sometimes the term "container" is used for the three of them (e.g., end of page 64), sometimes the term is used only for complexes and compartments (e.g., the table of p.51). Also, in the definition p.5, table 2.1, the term "encapsulation" is used, but after that it is used specifically for submaps, and compartments are called "defined sets of entity pool nodes". Finally the word "container" for those could be mixed up with the word "container" we use to describe all glyph nodes.
