Improve intro of logical operator nodes section #274
Description
In subsections of 2.8 Logical operator nodes (and, or, not), definitions include True and False. In the intro of Section 2.8, we should make what True and False mean in the concept of PD maps clear, as done in AF spec (see sbgn/activity-flow#35).
