I tried to lay out what the treatment conditions looked like in a table. Looking at the stata code, I am a little unclear about how treatment was administered. It seems like the conditions were sent out in waves (e.g. everyone in Group 7 received one version of the email on September 9) While the control groups (A,B,C) received emails after the pilot on December 8, 2015. Am I wrong about this?

Updated abstract. Tried to clarify what the treatments are and how they were assigned. I feel like the definition of the outcome among the control group is a little complicate... Added "analysis plan" based on what we had for oneblast.
