[BUG] Top Row of Icons Styling Bug (Pinned Messages, Threads, etc.)

Describe the bug
On the Discord Theme, the top panel row modals are styled matching the default theme, not Discord. This is also occurring with the row's hovers and friend's user profiles

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to DMs or Server Text Channel
2. Click on 'Pinned Messages'
3. You will notice the modal styling matches the default Zelk theme, not the Discord variant. This is the case for all the other buttons along the row that open modals.

--FOR HOVER STYLING--

1. Go to DMs or Server Text Channel
2. Place cursor over top right button panel
3. Text should appear next to the cursor matching the default styling

Can you please elaborate on the issue as i dont seem to have this bug

And since the zelk owner doesnt seem to update its theme anymore you can try to use my github repo with fixes for quite a few issues. You can make an issue there and i will look into fixing it.
