build(deps): upgrade to strapi v4 #5

Description
Strapi v4 was recently launched and we can plan to upgrade to v4 for better CMS experience.
Although, the migration guide from v3 to v4 isn't documented yet. We shall wait for it and then migrate. Opening this issue to keep track of it.
