Cannot sign into Doto using a non UoA email account

Bug Summary:

Cannot use a non UoA email address to log into doto. For example an @gmail.com or another custom GSuite account

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in with any Google email that doesn’t end with @aucklanduni.ac.nz
2. WebApp crashes with userInfo not defined

Expected behaviour

Log into doto using Google account

Observed Behaviour

Web app crashes with userInfo not defined error
