Through PCF8754A I2C to 8-bit I/O expander

Enable I2C

• edit /boot/confit.txt and enable I2C items and reboot
• should see /dev/i2c-0 and /dev/i2c-1
• check with i2cdetect program

$ i2cdetect -y 1
