Upgrade directive to use Bootstrap-Slider v10.5.0 #158
Description
The version of Bootstrap-Slider 10.5.0 has the new lock-to-ticks feature. This feature should be added and tested to this AngularJS directive.
In the future, I would like to upgrade to the latest 10.6.x version because it includes the fix to mobile devices.
