include quality assessment tags to allow searching and batch indication of sample quality

Sample data should include a quality assessment (QA) tag in the databases, to mark the GOOD, the BAD and the unknown (default tag) ones. Even though there are many targets and antibody experiments, there is no indication of data quality. This can be done immediately in the 'notes' field, but what allows for the best way to update sets of samples and also search for sets of each category.
