Hi. Thank you for making a great tool for Visium HD sge processing for FICTURE!

When I run the convert-sge part from the documentation, it gives error that -icols-mtx and colnames-count are not the same. I think the default for icols instead of 1, is actually [1,2,3,4,5]. Running after uncommenting the commented parts in the documentation resolves this issue, but it doesnt generate the transcripts.unsorted file and the min-max file. To do that, one has to explicitly specify the -out-tsv, in addition to -out-sge.
