Emoji/reactions pop-up window/box position/location is wrong ideal (away from where mouse cursor is) #1852

What feature would you like?
When you are on a Session Desktop 1.17.10 (Linux Debian + KDE, AppImage) with a regular large screen, Full HD or bigger,
click to enter some conversation (group/community/PM)
mouse right click last message of the conversation (one that is on the bottom of the timeline),
click + button to display all emoji
the emoji box/window displays in the top-left corner instead in place where you have clicked,
it should display in place of the context menu, instead of a need to move mouse over entire screen.
NOTES:
- This emoji box has been relocated in above mentioned Session version or one version earlier IMO. Previously it displayed better.
- emoji box for a new message input area is located differently (in the bottom-right corner), which is good location.
