Make remarkdown multimarkdown compatible

Multi Markdown is a nice extension on Markdown.

It should be easy to some aspect of its syntax to remarkdown, as it also uses a PEG as its parser: https://github.com/fletcher/peg-multimarkdown

Its implementation evolved in MultiMarkdown-4.

Might be nice having a look at kramdown as well.
