[Bug] If Textures Unlimited receives invalid configuration, it creates uncloseable window

Issue was tested with OPT Space Plane

Recreation:

• Download and install:
  • OPT Space Plane
  • Textures Unlimeted Recolour Depot for OPT Spaceplane
• Launch game
• Create a test file
• Place some OPT spaceplane parts
• Right-click on any OPT part
• Click on "Open Recoloring GUI"

The window can't be closed, so you can't exit editor or save work.
