JLPCB resin printing issue

my printer has not been cooperating with the large flat area of the base so JLPCB it is.

however sadly the box has very thin walls for resin printing:

1,the wall thickness of those indicated red area is too thin, which has high risks of loss, deformation, crack, or damage during the printing process.

Could you please confirm if the risks are acceptable for you?

If not, could you please kindly increase it to be at least 0.8 mm to proceed? 1.5 mm will be better. Then we will activate the ' replace file' button for you.

2, please refer to the green areas, there are multiple shells which cannot be merged automatically. Due to each file could only support 1 part (shell) for printing, could you please kindly merge the shells/parts by yourself and upload the file again? To save time, we will activate the 'replace file' button for you.

The red areas appear to be where the foot-screws go in? What is the correct thickness? I am not sure I know how to increase the thickness and still have it work. This was the first time I made scews and threaded holes.

2, please refer to the green areas, there are multiple shells which cannot be merged automatically. Also, not entirely sure what this means? Is that rail just not 'connected' to the rest well enough?

JLCPCB is warning you about two common 3D printing issues. First, the walls around your screw holes are too thin; for resin printing you’ll want at least 1 mm minimum wall thickness, but for screw bosses it’s best to leave about 2 mm of solid material around the hole so it doesn’t crack. If you modeled threads directly, it may be easier to just leave a pilot hole and cut threads afterward or use threaded inserts. Second, the “multiple shells” note means your STL file has more than one separate solid body (for example, if the rail or a feature isn’t truly fused with the main part), and the printer only accepts one merged body per file. To fix that, just union or combine all your bodies in CAD or mesh software so the part exports as a single watertight solid. That should get your design past their checks.
