task: pipeline to build and publish to Google Play #3
Description
Background
We want to get this ready for initial internal testers as soon as we can so we should begin publishing to Google Play. We can use ShipThis to generate the keystore and Service Account API key.
Goal
To be able to merge to the "main" branch and have github automatically build and publish ShipThis Go to Google Play

- Confirm which Google Play account to publish to
- Create the app in Google Play
- Create Service Account Key and save in github secrets
- Create yaml for the github pipeline
