Add support for custom/complex Valkey/Redis endpoint

Improvement

Currently the format of the Valkey/Redis endpoint is strictly formatted, we want to be able to pass any string.

Reason

We want to be able to configure and use Valkey/Redis in different scenarios that use very different DSN.
